A bundle of credits is our way of giving you reduced pricing for bulk purchases and it also allows us to only charge for logged in players. When you purchase a Bundle of Credits in advance we only deduct credits once a player plays a game. If a player doesn't show up, you dont get charged.
A credit is charged when one player logs in and plays a game.
We run events and understand that attendances fluctuate. So you don’t need to worry. If 20% of your guests dont show for your activities as we will only charge you for real attendees. If you decide not to run the event because a work issues arises, then dont worry you wont be charged.
Once you buy a bundle of credits you will get your own company dashboard where you can preview and book events and manage your credits through your unique Booking Code. Credits last two years and you can top up at anytime. We only charge for logged in players.
USE CASE: So if you buy the Starter Bundle of 60 credits you can book four activities with an expected attendance of 15 players in each activity. In reality over the four actitivites 20 % of players wont show up so you will still have 12 credits (20%) left for your next activity.
All games are simple to operate, however, if preferred we supply hosts and facilitators.
